Exporting Products with Confidence

Structured export support from Dubai — sourcing, preparation, documentation guidance and shipment coordination.

Export Overview

A Considered Approach to Outbound Trade

Exporting is rarely just about the goods. It involves matching a requirement to a realistic supply, agreeing terms that both sides understand, preparing the consignment correctly and keeping information flowing while the shipment is arranged.

Gujranwala General Trading LLC handles export enquiries from our Deira, Dubai office. We look at each requirement individually: the product category, the quantity, the packing format that suits the destination market and the timeline the buyer is working to. Where a request is not practical to export, we say so early rather than after time has been spent.

Dubai's logistics infrastructure gives our clients good connectivity by sea and air. We work with established freight and forwarding providers so that the physical movement of goods is handled by specialists, while we stay responsible for the commercial and coordination side.

Every export enquiry is assessed on its own merits. Availability, lead time and commercial terms are confirmed in writing before an order is treated as final.

Products We Export

Categories Suitable for Export Orders

The same four categories we trade locally can be arranged for export, subject to quantity and destination requirements.

Ladies Abaya

Classic, modern and everyday styles packed for retail-ready presentation on arrival.

Clothing

General apparel in assorted size runs or single-line volume depending on requirement.

Shoes

Footwear in standard boxed size runs, cartoned for stable stacking in transit.

Kids Products

Children's clothing, footwear and essentials grouped by age and size banding.

Export Process

Five Steps From Enquiry to Shipment

A predictable sequence so both sides know what happens next.

01

Receive Requirement

You share the product category, approximate quantity, destination and any specification or budget guidance. We confirm what is realistic and ask any clarifying questions up front.

02

Product Selection & Sourcing

We identify suitable options and share details, images and available variations. Where the exact item is unavailable, we present the closest practical alternative rather than substituting silently.

03

Order Confirmation

Quantities, assortments, packing format, commercial terms and timeline are agreed and recorded in writing so there is a single, shared reference for the order.

04

Preparation & Coordination

Goods are prepared and checked against the agreement. Cartons are counted, marked and listed, and commercial documentation such as invoices and packing lists is prepared.

05

Export / Shipment Support

We coordinate with the nominated freight or forwarding partner through collection and handover, and remain available to answer questions while the shipment is in progress.

International Approach

How We Work Across Markets

Every destination market has its own expectations around packing, labelling, documentation and commercial practice. Rather than applying one template everywhere, we ask about the destination requirements at the start and adapt the preparation accordingly.

  • Requirement-led — we build the order around your market, not around what is easiest to ship.
  • Documented — terms, quantities and timelines confirmed in writing before production or dispatch.
  • Specialist-supported — freight handled by established forwarding partners, coordinated by us.
  • Responsive — a single point of contact who answers while the shipment is still moving.
  • Compliance-aware — we expect buyers to confirm import rules for their own market, and we support with the paperwork we can provide.
